Technical Difficulties... and Debilitations.

  • Eating: Leftover pizza from werk.
Yeah, teh comp's still freezing up and loading slower than ever and being a general bitch, but...

What the hell's up with DA? :O_o: It's been automatically logging me out every few minutes, and I'm not sure if it's the site, or if it's an incompatibility with my recently-downloaded Internet Explorer Eight.

Until either I can get back IE 7 or DA stops slamming the door on my foot, not much message-answering. Updates shall come when I can stay logged in for more than 120 seconds.

It kind of did that to me recently; It would just up and send me to an on-line quiz that required my name and phone number. I just hit the back button.

oh boy... logging you out? that's not good!!!
DA only ever logged me out repeatedly back when we had the old laptop that was dying; it was too slow and couldn't keep up, so it would log me out and drive me up the wall with frustration. Your computer might not be able to handle a "faster" Internet Explorer; I don't know. =( evil PCs and their tendecies to be annoying!! good luck with it! :hug:

It could be a couple of things - manufacturer defect, an undetected virus, a misinstalled or misupdated component, the booze spill that I thought missed the computer although it might've gotten into a vent...
