BTW, he's being sent soon, so next time ya see Ria, he'll likely be there, too!

How'd you make him, out of curiosity?

I am Kate Beckinsale in dA's Celebrities Crew!
I am Carl in Van Helsing!
Well, if you look at the last photo link in the Artist's Comment, that's how he looked when I bought him. After cutting off his original cravat, I made him the entire Phantom oufit from some thin cotton prints. Most of the design and fitting was eyeballing movie screencaps and modifying human clothing ideas to fit the bear's shape. It's all measure-and-drape, pretty much; I don't have any patterns, since I work with a different-shaped bear every time.
And the hair I normally do with embroidery floss, but the store I usually get that from stopped carrying it. So, Phantom's hair is really thin yarn, which unfortunately gives the impression of dreadlocks when compared to the floss.
The mask was some sort of craft foam. Not the kind you can heat up to make hard and plasticy, but more of a scrapbooking/cut-out-shapes foam. That's sewn right onto the bear, so it's the only item he can't take off.
And then I got this sort of stretchy PVC fabric for the other half of what I promised :iconlyanayne:, a Catwoman mask, and a bit of that worked pretty well for the boots and gloves.

... and then steal him.
And then steal you.
And tie you up... again!
How did you escape last time?
