Marzipan (Feb 2008)

Homemade cinnamon-chocolate covered marzipan, made and photographed by me.

I'm not sure, but this might have been the batch where I broke a 'Magic Bullet' grinding the almonds. Which was entirely unexpected because it handled almonds just fine other times.

I also made the pink crocus/lotus bloom, out of printer-weight paper and coloured chalk. The dish was an old craft store find, already painted, designed as a candle plate. I have two and still use them as coasters.
